  13. in public health. I would appreciate if any one who is interested can please
  14. take the time and answer the following questions. I am posting this using
  15. the anon server as I am just looking for data. Names and locations aren't
  16. important for this study and I wish to keep all responces private as those
  17. who take part may request.

  30. 11. Do you still derive pleasure from smoking? If so what kind, flavor,
