  29. Geez, what a dumb way to learn Spanish - or any other language.  This might
  30. work if all you want to know are 12 words and no grammar when you go to
  31. Tijuana.  I cannot believe anyone could learn a language this way.  Suppose
  32. our translator used this technique in delivering a message from the President
  33. to the Iraqis and we could hear the mnemonic sentences he was using:
