  18.         Contrary to the whining insistence of Dittoheads, Rush Limbaugh is 
  19. anything but polite, either to his guests or his subjects.
  20.         I turned on the TV at 1:15 a.m. local time and found RL in that 
  21. vaunted high-ratings time slot (OK, fine, it's really the "bubba" slot, which 
  22. attracts either males coming off their factory shifts or males who weren't 
  23. successful in the local bar scene). 
  24.         Not five seconds into watching his show and he was calling some media 
  25. hound "this idiot" for critiquing talk radio.
  26.         Same old RL, I thought, as I flipped to something more interesting: a 
  27. test pattern set to the music of the Romantic Furs.
