  25. not infrequently in this city.

  27. I don't *need* to shoot metallic silhouette or 1000 yard matches, but I do it
  28. because it's fun and, model citizen that I am, do not endanger anyone's
  29. life.  However, my guns can be used to protect myself or my home if the need
  30. arises, and I want to be able to have that option.
