  27. And drunken folks frequently hop into cars and roar the wrong way on
  28. freeways, killing many innocent folks.  What of it?  Drunk people do
  29. really stupid things, and always will.  Take away firearms and they'll
  30. more stupid things with something else - maybe a few even more stupid
  31. that firing firearms in random directions (something that has a low
  32. survival rate in Albuquerque).

  34. But yeah, consider this a confirmation: there are idiots that fire
  35. guns in non-vertical directions as noise-makers.  This is sometimes
  36. done in celebration, and is illegal pretty much everywhere you go.
  37. It happens in Texas, Los Angeles, etc., whereever there are yahoos.
