  14.     Actually, I read about that in _Newsweek_ about a week ago (I was
  15. quite bored) and quite a few of the soldiers interviewed said that they
  16. had been ORDERED to commit this atrocity, and that they would be killed
  17. if they did not.  I strongly suggest you go to the library and find the
  18. back issue that involves this article.  
  19.     Of course, the obvious response would be, "but they still did it."
  20. True. But they who gave the orders are more monstrous, in their own way,
  21. than those who commit the atrocity. (and yeah, the Nazis were also following
  22. orders)
