  12. If you want a good strong black pigment use the age old blackist of black
  13. pigmints used scence man discuvered te efects of fire->CARBON<- 
  14. to get something that wont warsh off with just plane water mix it into fat
  15. so that it wont bind with water. BTW if you put carbon in water it wont
  16. just wash of with water. Infact you wont get it out of your cloths at all.
  17. Carbon mixed into water is called Indean ink and nothing is more permaninte
  18. on cloth, paper and may tack a few days to get off your skin. Thou it has
  19. never tacken me more then two and I do have a tendincy to mack a mess on my
  20. self when using it.
