  14.             I am a beginning shaman myself, so I am not sure how much help I
  15. can give but I can reccommend a book I have that might help you figure out
  16. what mineral totems, and about ceremonies.  I would recommend,"In the Shadow
  17. of the Shaman--Connecting with Self, Nature & Spirit" by Amber Wolfe.  It is
  18. the book I have and it has totem recommendations for different ceremonies.  
  19. Also...have you heard of the shaman/apprentice program with Owl Woman?  For
  20. people who do not live in her proximity it can be done through mail...if you
