- I am a beginning shaman myself, so I am not sure how much help I
- can give but I can reccommend a book I have that might help you figure out
- what mineral totems, and about ceremonies. I would recommend,"In the Shadow
- of the Shaman--Connecting with Self, Nature & Spirit" by Amber Wolfe. It is
- the book I have and it has totem recommendations for different ceremonies.
- Also...have you heard of the shaman/apprentice program with Owl Woman? For
- people who do not live in her proximity it can be done through mail...if you
