  12. CONTENTS (two parts): Instruction
  13.                       1) Connection Between "Etherprojections" And Dreams

  16. INSTRUCTION:

  18. The human consists of:
  19.   1) Physical Body
  20.   2) Etherbody (which moves the physical and has his shape)
  21.   3) Astralbody (has the shape you think of but also a basic shape)
  22.   4) Mentalbodies (contain the consciousness)
  23.  
  24. ETHERPROJECTIONS: The ether- astral- and Mentalbodies leave the physical
  25.   Body. This happens every night to load the etherbody with new non-
  26.  
  27. physical energy (like a battery). This also happens some time during a
  28. dream. The first part tells you how such dreams are|
  29.  
  30. ASTRALPROJECTIONS: The astral- and Mentalbodies are free. This also
  31.   happens every night but with reduced consciousness - This is called
  32. dreaming. Your astralbody travels through a world build up with astral-
  33. matter consisting of:
  34.  
  35.   "DREAMWORLD" (don't know a better word): Everything is created by your
  36. subconsciousness. Everything changes here, nothing is stable, like the
  37. subconsciousness. - If you get the full consciousness (you know you are
  38. "in" a dream) this experience is called "Lucid Dreaming".

  40.   "ASTRALWORLD" Many mystics talked about these worlds. All the decased
  41. "live" anywhere in these worlds according to their development. These
  42. worlds are more stable; changes take time here and need the permission of the
  43. "designer" of a special world. Dreams in these worlds are the theme of
  44. part two (only theories which may be helpfull).

  46. ****** PART ONE - DREAMS AND ETHER PROJECTIONS *************************

  48. I) Dreamtyps:
  49.      Already Muldoon wrots (1929,(1)) about dreams of:
  50. 1. Flying                   4. Being beated an the head
  51. 2. Floating                 5. Seving to a fantasy thing
  52. 3. Falling                  6. Moving by lift
  53.      wich are caused by the movings of the etherbody.
  54.      (He also spoked about "flutter"-dreams but I don't know what he
  55.      really means).
  56.      Robert Monroe mentioned (2) that there were examinations which seem
  57.      to prove that
  58. 7. "Going by car"
  59.      belong to this category. (QUESTION: Knows anyone of you more about this
  60.      note).
  61. 8. Dreams with uncontolled movings of the dreambody/vehicle
  62.      (The will has generally no influence on this)
  63. 9. BUT also other dreams may occure while an etherprojection
  64.      For example: As I was a child I often dreamed of trying to switch on
  65.      the light. But I had no success and then I always got frightend -
  66.      "the devil had done this and will catch me. Then I awaked sweeting
  67.      and full of fears.
  68.        But in September 1992 I dreamed this again (the last time) and be-
  69.      came so angry that my consciousness awaked. It was dark for a short
  70.      time. Then I looked outside through the window from a position to
  71.      that I had lying in bed. My "body" (etherbody) was vibrating and
  72.      prickling. Then I heard earsplitting noise and voises. But it was
  73.      quiet as I had returned to the physical body. I feld the vibrations
  74.      and the prickling much more intensiv then. Then they faded away.

  100. How can you prove an etherprojection while dreaming ?
  101. (sometimes sleep too)
  102.  
  103. I) (Remember the dream I told you|) You have the same dream or dream-
  104.    pattern very often. One time your consciousness awakes and you'll
  105.    find yourself out of the physical body (in the etherbody), in most
  106.    cases near it. Muldoon wrote down other examples (1).
  107. II) (My methode) You awake after a dream. Then try to move your hand
  108.    or better try to write down your dreamexperiences on a paper you
  109.    prepaired. If it is difficult to do this (and hearts a little)
  110.    the previous dream has happened while an etherprojection. (This is
  111.    just my personal experience I want to share with you).
  112.    Unfortunately you can't use this methode for hypnagogical dreams
  113.    (dreams seping the sleep).
  114. III) (Suggestion for research) This is just an idea a friend of mine
  115.    had. Put a bed on a scale and somebody sleep in this bed. Then
  116.    watch the quick decreases/increases of the weight during the night.
  117.    (The etherbody's weight is about 70 gram - determined by Dr Duncan
  118.    Mc Dougall (3)).

  120. CONSEQUENCES:
  121.  
  122. 1) Maybe this paragraphs help you to understand some of the events
  123.    happening during sleep. (4)
  124. 2) There's a communication between the etherbody an the astralbody
  125.    (dreambody) (See list of symbols|). But we don't know why and how
  126.    this happens.
  127. 3) BUT the events in the dream can also have influence on the movings
  128.    of the etherbody. This is used to get an etherprojection in the
  129.    methode of "dream-guiding (Muldoon descriped in detail,(5)).

  141. ****** PART TWO - DREAMING ON THE "ASTRALPLANE" ***********************

  143. Mystics and many other peoble reported unbelifeable dreams. - Masters
  144. of the opposite world showed and explained them the mysteries of the
  145. hole creation.
  146. No, I won't talk about these adventures and prove their truth or not-
  147. truth. My question is:
  148.   Is it possible to have dreams happening on the astralplane?
  149. My answer is yes but they are rare.
  150. Remark: I think it's generally also possible that dreams happen in the
  151.   pysical universe as astralprojections can happen here.

  153. HOW CAN YOU PROVE THIS?
  154.  
  155. 1) A spirit told a german technican:"Try to change someting you see -
  156.    a tree or another object - with your awakened will| Can you do this -
  157.    so you are dreaming (a lucid dream). - but can't you do this with all
  158.    eforts of will so you are on a real non-physical plane. ... Astral-
  159.    planes are real creations of a non-physical creater and you can change
  160.      them only with permission of the "designer" of this area. ...."(1)
  161.    But how can you do this while dreaming (with decreased consciousness)?
  162.      The magic word is "DREAM-CONTROLL" (2) - You suggest yourself that
  163.    you will try to change an object in your dream befor spleeping.
  164. 2) The next methode is descriped in Charlos Castaneda's book "Journey to
  165.    Ixtlan":
  166.    Fix an object in your dream (with your eyes) - in the dreamworld it
  167.    often changes then. If not your consciousness maybe will be awakened;
  168.    in that case use number 1).
  169. 3) You meet a deceased person and he/she tells you personal things
  170.    unknown by you. After awaking you prove the truth of these claims.
  171. 4) There's the curious fact (3) that the basic shape of the astralbody
  172.    is totally different to that of the physical body. BUT everyone who
  173.    is in the astralbody, too, can identify you (in your astralbody) alt-
  174.    though you (your astralbody) looks different.
  175.    I can't find any reason why the subconsciousness should show us other
  176.    people (in our dreams) as they look in their astralbodies. - So I
  177.    think this is an interesting element of your dreams you should search
  178.    for.
  179. Here's one of my dreams as an example:
  180.   I met a girl. - If I think of what she (her body) looked like I'm not
  181. able to say who she was. - But in the dream I knew she was Dane King
  182. (name changed).
  183.   This are just a few ideas I wanted to tell you.
