  12. Hiyas all,
  13.     Actually I was just thinking about that too.  I'm interested in any
  14. experiences that anybody has had with a another being in the astral.  To 
  15. start the ball rolling, I'll detail one of my own.
  16.     It was a late summer night (last summer to be precise), my windows 
  17. were open and the wind cooled the room to a very comfortable temp.  I hadn't
  18. sleep for a while, and was completely exhausted from work.  I went to bed
  19. after reading Monroe's second book.  As I was drifting off to sleep, I 
  20. realized that I was in perhaps the perfect conditions for an OBE.  So I did
  21. my normal relaxation techniques, letting my body fall right in to the bed.
  22. Although this time was better, because there wasn't that usual thought 
  23. chattering that I usually have so much trouble getting rid of.  
  24.     After just lying there for five minutes, not thinking anything.  I
  25. started to feel lighter, and strange music popped in to my head, accompanied
  26. by the characteristic vibrations decribed by everyone else.  I wanted to use
  27. the rolling method to get out, that being the method that I percieved to be
  28. the easiest.  So I started to roll, and although I felt my body resisting and
  29. holding on to me, I rolled off my bed on to the floor.  
  30.     Just then, the I realized that there were three beings across the bed
  31. from me.  I couldn't even begin to describe what they looked like, because 
  32. I really didn't have the chance to really look.  I got the impression that
  33. they were somehow suprised by my exit from my body.  Also I had the weirdest
  34. feeling that they weren't human.  
  35.     Well at that point, I subtly felt myself being attracted back to my 
  36. body, so I jumped up through a window in to another of the Astral plains.  
  37. The rest of the experience isn't relevant to the expierence, just a lot of
  38. joy riding and such.  :-)  
  39.     I'm forced to wonder now, about who those beings were, and what they're
  40. interest in me was.  I have often encountered others in astral space, but 
  41. they have never given me that "Alien" feeling.  To this date I haven't 
  42. encountered them again.  So be it.

  44. btw= Has anyone gotten a group together and ever tried to map out Astral sections
  45. of space?
