  23. Another point.  No matter how carefully the words presented in the
  24. charter are thought out, they will only very approximately govern the
  25. actual content of the new group (assuming it is created).  The
  26. one-line charter from the newsgroups file is as likely to be important
  27. for defining what really goes on in the group.  Much more important
  28. than either of those is the feedback given to posters by seasoned
  29. members of the group.  Something to consider is including the charter
  30. in a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) article posted regularly to the
  31. group.
