  28. Point taken.  I can imagine that there will be things that could be
  29. considered "native issues" that would be of interest to the worldwide
  30. soc.culture.native audience, but that there would also be issues that
  31. should remain in the "home" newsgroup.  We need a succinct expression
  32. of this idea.

  40. This is well considered.  Perhaps this very sentence could be reworded
  41. to express the idea we're trying to clarify in the charter -- that
  42. soc.culture.native is not intended to draw discussions away from other
  43. newsgroups.  The redundancy issue is important, and we need to solicit
  44. suggestions for the best phrasing.  I personally don't feel up to the
  45. task.  Anyone have any more ideas?
