- I recall a similar quote, though not all of it, dealing with Henry VIII of
- England. Soemthing like, he was a civilized, educated man because he spoke Latin with
- the priests, French with the diplomats, * * with the women, German to the
- horses and English to the dogs. Again, I apologize for having no reference and
