  14. In your post, it sounded as if you were chasing another character
  15. with intent to do harm (just my impression). I'm not that familiar
  16. with Nuclear War, but isn't player-killing prohibited there? And if
  17. that was your intent, then it seems that the scientists were just-
  18. ified in their actions. (Note, that this is based on the fact that
  19. my impression is that player killing is barred there - I could be
  20. confusing it with another MUD - and that your post gave the distinct
  21. impression that your intent was to harm the other character, I 
  22. assume killing them). Sorry if I misinterpreted your intent or the
  23. rules on Nuclear War
