- That the advice given by others to practice regularly is most valuable.
- My advice would be similar, but with an added twist. People who have
- trouble visualizing sometimes have the problem because they haven't
- closely examined what they are trying to visualize, they have a
- vague feeling of what the object looks like but they haven't really
- noticed how the object looks. For example try drawing something from
- memory versus from a model. If you want to increase your visualization
- abilities, increase your skills at observing objects. Pick up a pencil,
- look at it examine the color of it, the color and grain of the eraser,
- is the tip sharp or dull, is there a pattern to the wear on the tip,
- who made the pencil, what color is the wood............and so on.
