  14. How to read this:
  15. Author(s), french title (my best translation - where I deemed necessary).
  16.            editor when specified, year of publication, ...

  18. I've taken the content as is.  Unfortunately, most books are in french,
  19. some in latin or another language.  My translation of the titles may be
  20. more confusing than helpful, sorry.  Many of these books now exist only in
  21. museums or libraries.  Some might be available for reading but I can't 
  22. give any garantees.  In the second part, the list is of books that have
  23. been re-edited/published.  You should have a better chance with those, but
  24. look for the author's name, not the translated title.
