- No, I meant *anyone*... lots of universities offer pacx service with telnet.
- All you need is a modem. I've used these public telnet services to connect
- to my account back here. Problem is finding out the phone number, and finding
- out if the local university offers such a service.

- I don't mean like an account, I mean you call a number, connect, and it says
- "which service" or "which class" and you type "telnet". That's it.
