  12. Hi!  I introduced myself in this newsgroup a few months back, 
  13. but I haven't had the chance to come back in ages.  I hope to be 
  14. here on a somewhat regular basis.

  16. My name is Chris.  I'm attending my first year of college as a 
  17. music major.  My interests include:  Swimming, snowskiing, 
  18. playing piano, listening to music (classic rock, some metal, some 
  19. pop/top 40), making people laugh, etc.  I've been playing piano 
  20. for nearly 15 years.

  22. I placed 9th in the country in an international art's 
  23. competition for piano a couple of years ago.

  25. I'm blind, and I use a speech synthesizer to communicate.  It 
  26. speaks what comes over the modem.
  27.

  29. e-mail, as my answers might be interesting for others.
