  15. I  hope I don`t do post this twice, I am new to NEWS.

  17. I HAVE FOUND AN IRC CLIENT FOR MSDOS, BUT I GUESS IT ISN~T A IRCII CLIENT, 
  18. IHOPE IT WILL BE FINE TOO

  27. This is a beta-test version. This program works, but not all features are
  28. implemented and there may be many bugs. Please do not distribute this program

  32. ideas you have for improvements or new features. Even though this is a beta

  36. this I will fix the problems and add maybe a few features and then distribute
  37. it freely.

  39. All Right. In order to get started you must first have an IBM PC connected to
  40. the Internet or some network using some sort of card. This card must be
  41. supported by the Clarkson packet drivers and you must have one of them loaded
  42. in memory for the program to work. If you need help with this, please write
