- This is a rather trivial feature to add to a client these days, but
- nobody has done it. Basically, the client would watch what nicknames
- the user sends private messages to, and uses USERHOST to find out
- their username and hostname. Then, when a message is received from
- that user, if user@host doesn't match, then a warning is displayed.
- This information can be kept between irc sessions.
