  25. dropped the idea.  Back when he first came up with it, I spent hours
  26. staring at the articles and trying to figure out how it could avoid
  27. detonating the crankshaft all over the pavement with 98-octane fuel.
  28. With today's camel piss it'd be hopeless.

  30.  Frankly, I've always considered the whole thing to be a borderline
  31. scam.  As I recall, none of the independent testers were able to come
  32. near Yunick's mileage or horsepower claims.
