  17. Bob is the plastic cam itself groved from use?  I have found in the past
  18. on my tri-power that the cams get tired and cause it to stick as you 
  19. suggest.  I have in the past used just a touch of "white grease" without
  20. any problems.  Could your shafts be a little worn or by chance are the 
  21. butterfly plates out of alignment just a little.  I have also had that
