- I thought y'all would be mighty amused to find that in the book
- _A Speeder's Guide to Avoiding Tickets_, the author, retired NY state trooper
- James Eagan describes using an unmarked car at night to follow a guy who
- had an obvious radar detector. The cop pulled up behind him and zapped.
- The detector dude stomped on the brakes and dived for the left lane. So did
- the cop. Detector dude stomps on the gas again after looking around. Cop
- follows him and zaps him again. Guy stomps the brakes, looks around, and
- gets back on the loud pedal. Cop zaps him AGAIN, with the same result. Guy
- speeds up again and the cop finally pulls him over, laughing so hard he could
- barely see. The author writes that he regretted making the stop because now
- he would never know just how many times he could have yanked this guy's chain.
-
- Now, considering that this was a COP running TFT, got the guy good
- three times, then nuked him, how many points was this session worth? Is there
- an extra multiplier for the poor fool not realizing that he was being trolled
- by a cop? Too funny.

- [Gee, I never thought of that catagory :-) Guess I need to add it to
- the list, huh. JGD]
