  16. I heard this from my local book shop (A specialty
  17. Science-Fiction/Mystery bookshop) that has been very reliable in their
  18. information in the past.  They claimed to have heard this directly
  19. from Donald M. Grant, so.....

  28. Yes, but fan demand in the sense of it had always been listed in the
  29. "BY STEPHEN KING" pages of his books, but never available.  There was
  30. a mystery about the book, and the publishers took advantage of that
  31. mystery when they published the first two.
