  22. I always thought it stood for "obligatory" -- as in, one must do

  26. cable. I suppose it was specifically designed this way, but I still
  27. have two network nodes, four phones and a flashing yellow light (one
  28. of those construction site flashing yellow lights) all running
  29. together.
