Actually, Paul wasn't a part of Ministry until _Land of Rape and Honey_ .
When _With Sympathy_ was released, Ministry consisted of Al Jourgenson and Stephen George. Then it was just Al for a bit, and then came Paul (and thats when things really began to change...)
