  24. Current 93 is variable.  Some of their stuff is slow, ethereal and
  25. spooky.  Some is more industrial, and LPs like "Swastikas for Noddy"
  26. is like folk music for the devil (but it's a great album!).  They
  27. are similar to Nurse with Wound.  David Tibet is the heart of C93.
  28. I really like Current 93.

  30. Most of the Death in June stuff is a lot like Nada.  (If I'm
  31. remembering correctly) Steven Stapleton is the heart of DiJ, and I
  32. think he also works with Sol Invictus (whose sound is similar to
  33. DiJ).  I can guarantee you, the DiJ people have NOTHING to do with
  34. the Furs.  However, DiJ and C93 people appear on each other's
  35. albums.  Does anybody know if John Balance (Coil) also works with
  36. these people?  Personally, I can live without DiJ and Sol Invictus--
  37. the vocals get annoying after awhile.

  39. Both bands, C93 and DiJ, are into some wierd religious/ceremonial
  40. stuff which I know nothing about.  I would guess they would be
  41. pretty scary people.
