  28. drugs. Its bad enough that you are using crack and heroin, cousting us
  29. honest taxpayers billions in crime and medicine. But you want to ruin
  30. the future of our kids as well!

  33. anyone caught using drugs out of the country. Revoke all citizenship,
  34. and forbid one step back into this country. If you do return, punish
