  27. still out on this one) but it is far from the RULER, in any sense of the
  28. word. With your massive debt, which Billy now seems to think he cannot
  29. dissolve as simply as he once believed, it won't be long before you are
  30. owned by the Japanese, lock stock and barrel. It wouldn't surprise me if
  31. they could do a better job of running your country than you can (they could
  32. probably do a better job of running most countries, Canada included).
