  48. The president must either sign bills to make them law or he must be 
  49. overridden by Congress.  Since the democrats do _NOT_ have a veto proof 
  50. majority, all expenditures were either approved by reagan and bush or the

  64. really concerned about this why don't you start a movement to get rid of the 
  65. governement subsidy of the middle class's mortgage payments.  You can 
  66. deduct all of the interest on your mortgage payment right off the top of 
  67. your federal income tax.  Why aren't you complaining about that Vinnie?
