  22. Someone pointed out to me in email that 1010 WINS stays with 50,000
  23. watts at night, but shifts to a directional signal, with a eastern
  24. pattern.  They probably have the same sort of deal that that New
  25. Orleans station did many years ago: They were allowed full power but
  26. had to serve an offshore area at night.  I used to listen to them at
  27. Florida.
