  15. Only one comment to make about the concept of protesting is, 
  16. contact your Congressmen on the issue let THEM know how you
  17. feel, that this is an important issue for you.  Contacting the
  18. FCC directly does nothing, they really don't care. I know
  19. because I have tried this.  I mailed them 3 times and the
  20. response was always the same.  I called at least five times
  21. again no real response.  They were empowered by the Congress
  22. so Congress has the ability to put pressure on them.
