  147. It was mentioned that this program will only work if each individual who
  148. implements it is honest.  If you look closely at the program, you will see
  149. why this is true.  Starting out at tenth on the list, you allow for more
  150. circulation of the list.  By the time you get to fifth on the list, a large
  151. number of the list will have been circulated, increasing the money receive.
  152.  If you are dishonest and put your name, say, fifth on the list, the
  153. circulation of the list with your name in a money position will decrease
  154. tremendously, resulting in less money.  Simple reasoning.  Be honest!!!
