- Well I am not an expert on any of this whatsoever,
- so do not consider my opinion AS expert, but I *DO*
- know that dreams are necessary (and yes, at times
- similar to yours I feel like I have too many or too
- many unenjoyable ones). Usually what I do is before
- I sleep I think about the fact that I will be
- dreaming, which gets my mind thinking it once I am
- asleep. Once Iam asleep, it is easier to notice that
- I am dreaming. I do, and then I can usually change
- the dream to how*I* want it to be..just by `focusing'
- on a certain thought long enough..
