- Hello there! I'm a relatively new person here and I have found some of the
- articles very interesting. I am especially interested in lucid dreams.
- I've only had one in my life that I can remember and since then I have
- had problems having another one. It was such a strange sensation to be able
- to control myself in a dream, I thought it would be great to do it again.
-
- My question is: Is there anything I can do to help myself have a lucid
- dream? Something I can try at night before I go to sleep?
-
- I'd love suggestions...and do please e-mail me because I may not have
- a chance to read the net :)
-
- Thanks and pleasant thoughts,
- Julie
