  31. The data I see show that not only is it very much widespread, it is
  32. increasing at an unfathomable rate. A week doesn't go by where I don't
  33. hear about another new racist organization. It is to the point where
  34. organizations feel that it is necessary to institute racism ("If giving
  35. a scholarship is good, denying it to whites is even better").
