  26.     What a neat coincedance! I just snatched a book from a local
  27. bookstore that sheds light on this subject. The book is Satanism
  28. The Seduction of America's Youth by Bob Larson (rest assured
  29. I got it merely for the humor content there-in). His definition
  30. of the peace symbol is this :

  32.             Cross of Nero: This symbol represented peace in
  33.       the early 60's. Among today's heavy metal and occult
  34.       groups, it signifies the CROSS OF NERO (author's silly
  35.       bold type). It shows an inverted cross with a cross
  36.       anchor broken downward, signifying the defeat of
  37.       Christianity.

  40. And to think I never knew that....wow....I guess I'll have to
  41. put a peace sign on my door now. :)
