- I have a question about some of the cases and rulings that have been
- mentioned on this group. To what extent, if any, can precedents in one
- state affect cases in another state? I.e. if a court in state 'X' rules
- in a certain way that establishes a precedent does that carry any weight
- as an argument in a similar case in state 'Y'? I'd be interested to hear
- what any of the lawyers out there have to say.
