  11. I've been waiting for the new double-speed multi-session drives to
  12. come out before committing to a drive purchase. From what I've seen
  13. here on the list, it looks like the Apple is the most tricked-out: it
  14. has SCSI-2 audio commands and the ability to read non-CDROM data like
  15. CD-Audio and CD-Graphics. All of the other drives are pretty similar
  16. except that they lack these features.

  18. Is the Apple available to PC owners, and would I expect any problems
  19. hooking it up to a PC? (Target OS will probably be OS/2, and
  20. occasionally Windows/DOS.) If not, I understand that the Apple drive
  21. is really a Sony; when the drive is released under Sony's label, will
  22. it still have the nifty extended feature set?
