  12. I have similar problem when ordering the Talon TA-100 from Insight
  13. (HDI).  I first called them in December 92 and was told that the drive
  14. was unavailable until January.  I called again on January 8, and placed
  15. an order for the drive, which advertised in major computer magazine for
  16. several months as a 380ms drive.  Twelve days later the saleman call me
  17. that they discontinue the TA-100.  They just found out after several
  18. months of false advertising that the drive is actually slower with 600ms
  19. access time.  He offered me another model made by Philips, which is of
  20. course more expensive.  I refused and cancel the order.
