  11. Windsinger pokes his head around the door.  He looks shattered but
  12. fundamentally OK, and grins and waves at the Grey Lady and the Bard.  <<Hi! 
  13. I thought I'd better just drop in quickly and say hello to everyone.  I've
  14. been firmly in lurk mode since before Christmas because of a new software
  15. release at work, which had to be demonstrable in time for a major exhibition
  16. last week.  It was too, though we were working 30-hour days for a while. 
  17. Anyway, the pressure hasn't slackened off much; the exhibition's done, but
  18. the release deadline means we have to be at beta-release in two or three
  19. weeks time.  And I have to practise up for Pentatonic, the UK filk con in,
  20. oh God, a week and a half.  Sleep, clearly, is for wimps.>>

  22. A quick description for those who haven't see me in real or virtual life: 
  23. Rhodri is 6'0", slightly overweight (actually substantially overweight at
  24. the moment, too many takeaways bought at company expense!), bearded with
  25. glasses, dressed as coincidence would have it in blue cords and a blue
  26. sweatshirt with a little SJ logo over the breast.  Windsinger is slightly
  27. taller, slightly slimmer, clean shaven, dressed in blue with a midnight blue
  28. cloak.

  34. <<Thanks for the boost to my ego, Wayne.  Actually I can't take all the
  35. credit for "Monty Who?", it was co-written with the Bard (Mike W) in the
  36. twenty minutes it took us to walk to a D&D session.  I think it was mostly
  37. Mike's work in fact, I just do the silly voices and the arrangement.
