  13.       I'm working at the US Naval Academy trying to implement a computer
  14.  aided desgin section of an aerospace vehicle design class.  I recently
  15.  read an article that referred to a program called FLOFT, for fuselage
  16.  lofting, which the author used to design the fuselage of his homebuilt.
  17.  If anyone has any information on this product I would appreciate hearing
