  14. I have to sell my ZyXEL due to financial pressures.  It's the best modem
  15. I've ever owned, and I will sorely miss its unique features.  I've posted
  16. this before, and I got a number of people saying "Gee, I can get an E model
  17. for $foo, your price is too high."  This is NOT an E model.  It's the 1496
  18. (sometimes called the 1496S model), with the 2-line LCD display and all that.
  19. It currently sells for over $500 every place I've looked.  Steve Pershing
  20. of the Questor project (where I bought this modem) has offered a free upgrade
  21. of the ROMs to the current version to the person who buys this modem.
