- Feet, elbows, whatever. For particularly hard (but broad) pressure,
- I've used a knee. No problems except that you don't have as much
- tactile feedback that you're doing the right thing (moving the right
- spot with the right pressure/tension). Sometimes it helps to guide your
- knee or elbow with your (other) hand, so as to provide more of the
- feedback loop.

- Elbows are vicious on deep shoulder-blade knots. Elbows and knees are
- both good on hip cramps.
