- I ENCOUNTERED A FRIEND WHO STARTED ME INTO MASSAGE. I THOUGHT SHE
- WAS FROM ANOTHER WORLD BECAUSE OF HER TALK. AFTER SESSIONS WHERE SHE
- GAVE ME THERAPY, I SOON KNEW THAT THIS IS FACTS ON HOW THE MIND AND
- BODY DO ACT AS ONE. I BEGAIN TO RELIAZE THAT IF YOU SUFFERED FROM A
- CONGENTIAL DISEASE AND HAD SERIOUS BACK PAINS, YOU COULD CONTROL
- MOST OF THE PAIN THROUGH YOUR INNNERSELF. IN SESSIONS I LEARNED WITH
- SIMPLE EXCERSIES I COULD REDUCE THE PAIN FROM EITHER STRESS OR INJURY
- THAT CAME WITH EVERYDAY LIFE.

- ACH STARTING-INSTEAD OF SAYING TO YOURSELF OR OTHERS, "OH THIS PAIN
- IN MY HEAD IS KILLING ME", JUST SAY TO YOURSELF "THIS PAIN IS GOING
- TO GO AWAY REAL SOON". WHAT I AM TRYING TO TELL IS THAT DO NOT THINK
- OF THAT MINOR PAIN AS A HEADACH, TELL YOURSELF ANOTHER THOUGHT ABOUT
- SOMETHING THAT YOU ENJOY AND DO NOT DEWLL OF THE FACT THAT YOU FEEL
- THAT YOU HAVE A HEADACHE OR BACKACHE.

- SOMETIMES YOU CAN NOT GET RID OF PAIN IN YOUR BACK IN THIS SENSE.
- YOU THEN HAVE TO LEARN SOME BASIC EXCERSIES AND SIMPLE STRECHES TO
- DO ON YOUR OWN. FORGET THE DOCTORS, WHO WANT TO CRACK YOUR BONES
- AND CHARGE YOU EXPENSIVE FEES, CHECK OUT A BOOK ABOUT THEREPY OF
- MASSAGE. LEARN TO DO BACK RUBS WITH A PARTNER, WHICH CAN BE RE-
- WARDING TO YOURSELF AND TO YOUR PARTNER. NOW IT IS NOT HARD TO OBTAIN
