  22. I just looked at the files (and downloaded the one on oils). These files all 
  23. have the .Z extension which means they have been compressed.  To uncompress
  24. them execute 'compress  topic.Z' or 'compress -d topic.Z'.  The result will
  25. be the ASCII file 'topic'.
