  28. What makes you perceive it as boasting?  I am not really boasting about my God.
  29. I don't even believe in a god.  I am simply pointing out, in a fashion that
  30. you are obviously too dense to percieve, that the god of the Bible is not 
  31. really the one that most Christians believe in.  Their god has all of the good
  32. points of the god of the Bible, but the less positive aspects are forgotten.

  38. Well, I really don't consider myself to be a yuppie, but if it makes you feel
  39. better to put me into a group so that you can ridicule and persecute me, then
  40. go right ahead.  I expect nothing more from someone who thinks that the Bible
  41. is the pure, unadulterated word of god.

  52. I think atheism and skepticism are very closely tied together.  One 
  53. naturally leads to the other. ;^)  I agree that the "my God's better than your
  54. God" argument is pointless, and I am sorry that you missed my point.  I will
  55. try to make myself more clear in the future.
