- Try almost anything by Crass (the best punk band that ever was). Check
- out the songs "Big A, Little a", or the long poem-to-music "Reality
- Asylum", which ends with the observation that "Jesus died for his own
- sins - not for mine."

- Actually, a fair amount of the material that's been mentioned in this
- thread is antitheist rather than atheist. It doesn't make much sense
- blaming Jesus for being a "petulant child... wrapped in the bloody
- shroud of churlish suicide" who "scooped the pits of Auschwitz" if you
- don't believe that he was connected in some way to a deity. The
- assertion "god is evil" is not consistent with atheism.
