  26.    Yes he did.  It may not have been on MacNeill/Lehrer and it may
  27. not have been that exact wording but he made a similar statement 
  28. about the strike on Iraq in a speech.  I remember it quite distinctly,
  29. thinking how closely it resembled one of Saddam's speeches.
