  30. ObGrammarClue:  "Cheer up" does not translate into "I think you're cool", under
  31. any circumstances.  "Cheer up" is an order.  Many people do not like being 
  32. ordered around by others, especially if the self-appointed martinet doesn't 
  33. seem to have any redeeming qualities.
